How to make sure you can catch up on programmes from Really and Yesterday on YouView.

Yesterday and Really have now joined Dave on YouView. To be able to watch Really and Yesterday content you will need to make sure you're using the latest version of the UKTV player on your YouView set-top box.

Why can't I seem to playback any Yesterday or Really content?

If you are not using the latest version of the UKTV player you will receive the following error message when you attempt to playback a Yesterday or Really show from the YouView backwards EPG and Search areas:

Error - The selected episode is unavailable. Please try again later. UKTV-823

Automatic updates to the On Demand Player applications are scheduled by YouView to take place during the night and are automatically installed where possible. If you turn off your router or set-top box overnight you may not have received the latest update of the UKTV player.

You can check if a player update is available manually at any time.

If the player does not automatically update, please reboot your YouView box, then manually update the On Demand players. You can do this by pressing the YouView button on your remote control, then navigate to Settings > Device Management > Update On Demand Players and then press OK.
